Colorectal Cancer - Program

Presumptive diagnosis: Colon cancer

Treatment: Video-assisted laparoscopic colorectal surgery.

First Stage: Evaluation

It can be performed on an outpatient basis, requiring no more than 48 -72 hours.
Includes: Multidisciplinary evaluation (surgeon, oncologist, nutritionist and anesthetist), blood tests (includes tumor markers), contrast ultrasound and CT of the abdomen and pelvis, video colonoscopy, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray.

Second Stage: Treatment

Includes hospitalization for five nights in a private room with board. Preoperative service, right to the salon, anesthesia, postoperative resuscitation and surgical biopsy.

Price: $ 3,210.00 USD

Proposed surgical procedure: Right, left and transverse laparoscopic hemicolectomy. Anterior resection of the rectum.

Total Program Cost: 4,612.00 USD

This program does not include accommodation and meals for the companion, nor does it include the cost of supplies (approximately 600 USD), transfusions or medications. The studies brought by the patient will be deducted from the program, unless they cause doubts and must be repeated.
