Eyelid surgery, also known as Blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure designed to correct dropped eyelids and the bags beneath the eyes. The presence of these factors generally causes an appearance of tiredness and unwanted old age. This technique will not eliminate crow´s-foot or fine wrinkles, and neither will it lift dropped eyebrows nor will it remove skin darkening under the eye (dark circles). Blepharoplasty can be performed alone or together with other procedures like facial or frontal lifting.

Abdominoplasty, also known as Abdominal Dermolipectomy, is a surgical procedure that removes the excess of skin and fat in the middle and inferior abdominal region as well as tenses the abdominal muscles. In this way the appearance of a bulging abdomen can be eliminated.

As people age, the effect of gravity, sun exposure and daily stress produce certain facial signs of aging. The folds between the nose and mouth are accentuated, the mandibular border loses definition and there is excessive fat around the neck and its flaccidity increases.
Lifting or Ritidectomy does not stop the aging process but it can “put back the clock” and improve these aging signs.

The presence of drooping breasts can be a cause of concern and discomfort for many women. Factors like pregnancies, breast feeding, weight variations and gravity are usually the cause of the sagging appearance of the bust. A mammary lifting (Mastopexy) can lift and remodel drooping breasts and reduce the size of the aureoles. Occasionally, if besides drooping they have lost volume and firmness, perhaps the insertion of prosthesis may be necessary to improve this condition.
